This November, we are celebrating 11 years of Healing Touch! After last year’s milestone of 10 years, we are marking our 11th year by reflecting on the successes and ongoing growth we have achieved in the past 12 months.
We have expanded with the addition of five new team members, including Consultant Speech and Language Therapist Rebecca Boddington, Paediatric Team Lead and Physiotherapist Amanda Leonard, Operations Supervisor Ian Goldolphin, Occupational therapist Emma Havercroft and Makaton Tutor and Ambassador Helen Whaling.
With many work anniversaries and team successes, we have continued to grow into a thriving organisation renowned for its commitment to excellence and unwavering dedication to its clients and partners.
We also introduced our new Dysphagia Service. Our experienced team provides comprehensive support to individuals with swallowing difficulties and communication disorders. We have also introduced a Makaton Training service. This adds to our growing service offering, which aims to continuously improve personalised care and quality of life for our clients.
Clinical Director, Kay Ganguly said:
“The enduring success of Healing Touch wouldn’t have been possible without the heart and soul of our incredible team and continued support from our clients, partners and stakeholders. Thank you to everyone who has played a part in the journey of Healing Touch! We wouldn’t have been able to make such an impact without this support.”
