The concept for our brand is based around Kintsugi, a philosophy which views breakage and repair as part of the unique history of an object. When applied to people, it celebrates the things that make us who we are. What a brilliant evening spent with the team last weekend 🎭 ![]()

We started off with an escape room adventure a mix of pressure, problem solving, and plenty of laughter as we tried to piece everything together. It is interesting how quickly roles shift in moments like that; people step forward, ideas bounce around, and you get to see different sides of each other that don’t always show up in day-to-day work ☺️![]()

We slowed things down over a delicious meal and drinks. There’s something about sitting together away from the usual pace that allows for more natural conversation, stories come out, jokes land a little louder, and everything feels more relaxed and connected🌈![]()

We finished the night at Electric Shuffle, which brought out a whole new level of friendly competition and energy. Plenty of cheering, a bit of banter, and that shared feeling of just enjoying the moment together 🌟![]()

How easy is to underestimate these kind of experiences matter, but they really do stay with you, they strengthen relationships in a way that goes beyond the workplace and help build the kind of trust and understanding that carries back into everything we do✨![]()
