Healing Touch Rehab’s Clinical Director, Kay Ganguly, recently participated in the Neuro Rehab Times round table discussion as an expert panellist and the full recording is now available to watch on demand.

In the roundtable, Kay and four other industry experts held a highly insightful and industry-relevant discussion on ‘Rebuilding Lives after Child Brain Injury.’ The other panellists were:

The discussion focussed on the importance of early diagnosis, intervention and critical stages of physical rehabilitation, underscoring the need for a multidisciplinary approach that includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to address various impairments.

The panellists discussed the cognitive and emotional challenges faced by paediatric brain injury survivors, the need for ongoing multidisciplinary assessments, and the implementation of tailored rehabilitation programs to support academic and social development.
